    Why the boreal studio?

    "Boreal" means of the north. It's a nod to Sweden, where the studio is rooted and where its standards come from. Oliver works as a digital nomad, based wherever the work takes him, but the Nordic ethos travels too: precision, reliability, and a results-first way of building.     My Background

    Years of traveling and working remotely turned a love for discovering new places into a passion for building things that last. Coding became the craft that combines creativity, logic, and problem-solving in the best possible way. I'm finishing my studies in web programming at Blekinge Institute of Technology, which gave me a solid foundation in JavaScript, TypeScript, PHP, Python, SQL and object-oriented design. On top of that I work daily with AI tools like Claude and Lovable.

    Precision: typed code and clean, structured architecture. Reliability: security and error handling from the start, not bolted on later. Results-first: analytics and performance measured from launch, so decisions are based on data. AI helps me build fast; I own the architecture, the security and the quality, so you get speed without the costly problems later.

    The world is changing quickly, especially tech, so I like to stay current by reading, taking courses, and expanding my knowledge. It's an incredible time to explore new ideas and skills!

    When I'm not coding, you'll find me exploring local coffee shops or catching waves at the nearest surf spot. I love changing creative coding up with some outdoor experiences, and surf session—it's the perfect balance of focus and flow. Top it off with a strong espresso and you got a great day!
